Vandhara Agrotech products are shipped from our manufacturing facility in Morbi, Gujarat. We currently serve customers across India, with a focus on South Indian states (Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala).
- Orders are processed within 3-5 business days of confirmation
- Shipping timelines vary by location — typically 5-10 business days after dispatch
- Bulk orders may require special freight arrangements
- Shipping charges are calculated based on order value and destination
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation without any charges
- Cancellations after dispatch are subject to return shipping costs
Return & Refund Policy
We take great care in packaging and quality assurance. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product:

- We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund after verification
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after approval and will be credited to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of agricultural inputs, we cannot accept returns on:
- Products that have been opened or partially used
- Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
- Orders cancelled after dispatch (return shipping applies)
